How do I sign in to Rainbow Store?
To sign in to your customer account, click My Account on the left of the top menu bar and enter your e-mail address and password. If you do not have an account, please click Create a New Account.

How do I sign out of Rainbow Store?
To sign out of your customer account, click Sign Out on the right of the top menu bar. If Sign Out does not appear on the menu bar, then you are not currently signed in to Rainbow Store.

What if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click Sign In on the left of the top menu bar to access the Sign In screen. On the right of the page, click on the Forgot your password? link. On the Change Your Password page, you need to enter the e-mail address you used to open your Rainbow Store account, and then click Request New Password. Rainbow Store will then send your password to the e-mail address we have on file for your account.

How do I open an Account at Rainbow Store?
Having an account at Rainbow Store has many benefits such as discounts on products at varied times throughout the year and advance notification of new product arrivals. 
To open an account at Rainbow Store, click Create an account on the top menu bar and enter your Personal Details and Shipping Details. Then click Create My Account. There is no cost to become an account holder at Rainbow Store. Please note: For security purposes, your password must consist of 7-32 characters and must include at least one letter and one number. Passwords are case sensitive.

How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
To add an item to your shopping cart, on the Product page enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity field and then click Add to Cart.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Click View Cart located on the top menu bar. To remove an item from your shopping cart, click the Remove link next to the item you wish to remove.

Who can I contact if I have questions?
Please click Customer Service on the menu bar and then click Contact Us. Listed here are our postal address, website, phone numbers and an email form. Feel free to contact us and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Is my credit card information secure through Rainbow Store?
You can rest assured knowing that any credit card and sensitive financial information you provide to Rainbow Store on its websites is fully secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted protection is used for all credit card and financial transactions.
SSL - is the leading security protocol on the Internet and is widely used by many companies worldwide. SSL does two primary things: 1) it validates the identity of a Website; and 2) it creates an encrypted connection for sending credit card and other personal data. When paying by credit card and entering your credit card details, you will notice a "lock" icon at the top or bottom of your browser. If the lock is closed, you are on a secure SSL connection ; all your financial information is therefore securely encrypted.

Can I update my account contact information?
To update your contact information you must first Sign In. Click My Account on the left of the top menu bar to access your account information. Select the Profile for which you wish to update the contact information. Make your changes and then click Update My Details.

Can I change my e-mail address and password?
To update your e-mail address and password you must first Sign In. Click My Account on the left of the top menu bar to access your account information and then select Your Account Details. You may update your First Name, Last Name, Company Nane, Phone Number, Email Address and Password then click Update My Details.
Please note: For security purposes, your password must consist of 7-32 characters and must include at least one letter and one number. Passwords are case sensitive.

Can I change my shipping address?
To update your shipping address you must first Sign In. Click My Account on the left of the top menu bar to access your account information and then select Your Address Book. Click on Edit and update your shipping address details and then click Save Address.

Can I view my previous completed orders placed with Rainbow Store?
To view your previous completed orders you must first Sign In. Click My Account on the left of the top menu bar to access your account information. Select Completed Orders from the My Account menu and then select the order number for the order you wish to view.

Can I view the status of an order placed with Rainbow Store?
To view the status of an order you must first Sign In. Click My Account on the left of the top menu bar to access your account information. Select View Order Status from the My Account menu and then select the order number for the order you wish to view.

How do I show prices in my own currency?
You can change the prices to your own currency by making a selection from the Currency Converter located at the top right of the Home Page or the Product Pages. The currency you select will then apply to all the Rainbow Store website products and shipping prices.

Can I return a product to Rainbow Store?
Rainbow Store replaces any products that arrives at their destination faulty or damaged. Under these circumstances, Rainbow Store will refund the shipping costs for those products returned.

Rainbow Store will replace any undamaged / unused product within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is returned in its original condition including its packaging. Under these circumstances, shipping and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice, and products are to be returned to Rainbow Store at the customer’s expense and risk.

In order to process the return of your products, please contact Rainbow Store first for information on the most appropriate method to return your products.
